I had a much higher rate of converting applications to interviews through your service than any other! Although I found an amazing position with an absolutely wonderful team through an act of random chance, I gained extremely valuable and critical experience and knowledge through each interview I got from a post on Flexjobs. I only had one interview that a reasonable person would say was negative, and I still enjoyed realizing I wasn't going to compromise my value, which I struggled with early in my career.
I paid $2.95 for a trial subscription on FlexJobs on July 25th. I was unaware that it was only for two weeks and that it would automatically renew, at $23.95 a month, after that. Obviously, I didn't read the terms carefully enough. When I called to ask about it, I was connected to an excellent agent who said he would process a refund for me immediately, which he did. I signed up for an alternative plan, which is $4.95 for one month, and which I can cancel anytime before then. He was extremely helpful, and I appreciated it greatly.

I have been trying to get help for my technical difficulties. I have been subscribed for months and towards the end of June my profile was totally gone, although I am still paying. I am disabled and need to work remotely. I have emailed and called several times since then and was told the the tech department would be getting back to me. The last customer service person I spoke with gave me a discount last week but my profile and resume is still not there! I took a long time to get my profile tweaked and am disappointed with the lack of response. I have actually told many people about Flexjobs because you have a great site overa but it will take such a long time to get my profile and resume back that it's extremely daunting!

Filters suck, shows your irrelevant jobs or jobs you're not qualified for, won't hear a response from employers, you have to pay for it even though most posting you can find other job board for free. You can use the same resume on indeed and find a remote job much sooner than going through flex. Very useless and they only want your money.
