I subscribe on trial membership for 14 days and after 14 days suddenly "WITHOUT INFORMING ME" they deducted monthly membership fee, all over the world companies/websites inform about membership reviewal but this website donot and simple they misuse the visa cards information which is illegal and dishonesty.
I am very disappointed with this unprofessional behavior and written email same day to this website and till today 9-14-2024 didnt recive any reply. FLEX JOBS IN VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PLATFORM. SHAME ON YOU.

I requested a cancellation of the subscription in August and they could not find my account and somehow did not have my banking details to stop the subscription. I have once again been debited for September and my request has not been fulfilled. I want to cancel my subscription immediately and get a refund of my money for August and September. Nothing was done about my cancellation request at all.
