Hi there, my husband signed me up for the yearly subscription that comes with 21 day trial. I called customer service yesterday just to make sure I had full access during the trial time. I enjoyed perusing your site and taking a few of the skills tests.
The gentleman was very kind and willing to help. But what confused me is he proceeded to cancel the yearly subscription, refund, and start me on the 4.95 a month plan. He did help me acquaint myself with knowing how to navigate the website and find pertinent info. About my account.
