The customer service agent ended our chat 3 minutes after she sent me a message, as I was writing my response back, she ended our chat. This is the worse customer service I've come across. When you pay, the site mentions you will receive your money back if you're not satisfied within the first 2 weeks period. One week passed and I was not satisfied, and they only refunded me half of what I paid because 'I did not cancel on the day of the transaction'. They are a false site.
