I was billed $23 for the monthly service. I contacted customer service the day I was billed and requested to cancel my services and inquired about a refund. The representative told me I would receive a refund, he did not mention it would be "prorated" I of course took a screenshot of this chat. It is such a shame how businesses screw people with these automatic payments and misleading information from representatives. Be careful with your trial subscription as it appears you are auto billed when it ends. Won't ever enroll in flex jobs again as experience was annoying.
