I had made an account and login to buy these stream flash lights for my fellow firefighters, I had placed the order and was sent an email thanking me for the order. I had thought that the order was complete BUT I had notice that the money was never pulled from my card I check to see what was the problem. I had to login in for the order to be completed, which I didn't get because I WAS login! I had to redo the whole process again because it wasn't taking my username OR password. I did forgot username and typed it in again and it said my password was wrong put forgot password and it sent me the same password I was putting in and still wasn't working until after the 4th try finally Im in and go the my cart and the lights are there but I couldn't see if they where engraved the way I wanted them because when I first put in the order I was able to engrave them and check/edit and when it asks for shipping the prices changed every time I did it. I finally got it and just ordered it I did receive an email about the engraving overall this website is not easy to use. Over all the service was great and they stayed in contact with me!
