Пользуюсь пересылкой товаров из Амазона недавно, впечатления положительные. Большой выбор видов доставки, в том числе самые недорогие для Российского рынка. Все фотографируют, бесплатно упаковывают, поддержка всегда на связи. В общем, на данном этапе рекомендую!
Недавно начал пользоваться этим сервисом отправил 6 посылок, сравнить есть чем. Ранее пользовался сервисом лайтмф в течении нескольких лет, ушел от этого цирка с конями, дак вот лайт мф гоняет козыря что их сервис самый выгодный а это ни разу не правда, цены одинаковые. Далее только про фишифаст что очень поразило так это быстрая упаковка посылки на отправку пакуют за несколько часов, т. е. сформировал посылку а уже через несколько часов знаешь стоимость отправки. Реально рабочая служба поддержки всегда отзовутся в чате. Один раз возникли сложности при заходе в кабинет дак я еще отправить нажать не5 успел мне человек в чате уже отозвался, я конечно понимаю что там скорей всего фильтр стоит но все же (после того как к клиентам относиться лайтмф как к быдлу такая клиентоориентирванность поражает). Один раз возникли вопросы по упаковке посылки были подозрения что в посылке была лишняя коробка, так мою посылку перепаковали в течении нескольких часов и при этом не взяли денег, после перепаковки лишнюю картонку выкинули и посылка стала легче и дешевле отправка. По срокам доставки все как обычно не быстрей не медленней чем аналоги. Хотелось бы указать моменты над которыми можно было бы поработать их всего два это в первую очередь всего одна отправка в неделю способом боксберри хотелось бы дважды в неделю, и добавить возможность предварительной сборки посылки т. е. забить треки а когда бы пришла посылка то автоматом пошла бы на упаковку, эти недочеты никак не перекрывают преимущества сервиса однозначно 5 звезд

Just started working with this transport company, so far I like everything, everything is fast. The operators are very responsive and always help.
I tried them twice first one they deducted 16 $ more and refunded it after i noted it and esclate.
Second one they delayed my shipment for 2 weeks and started to ship it after the ship agent contact them many times.
They are one of the best companies in shipping forwarding. I tried multiple companies in the past years and I always face multiple issues either slow registration of shipments, slow support or unclear process. I been dealing with FishIsFast for years now and I can say it was a good decision to continue with them. The only side to this review is their prices and calculating the shipment by dimensional weight and not true weight which I hope they will solve these 2 issues.

STAY AWAY from these fraudsters! They are a bunch of thieves! They randomly suspend your account for "violating their T&C" without reason and then refuse to ship your products to you. Disgusting fraudsters!
If you value a smooth process or transparent policies, stay away.
- Day 1, I have the option of paying by PayPal, but I want to pay by credit card (stupid me). I ask to pay by credit card. They say, OK, just wait 1 day.
- Day 3. They ask for my ID, photo of my credit card, and the invoices. As my sister purchased these items for me, this is a hassle and a half (why did they not say what was required beforehand?). So I say fine, I will pay by Paypal. Guess what, that has been disabled. There is literally no way to pay for my shipment. I ask to reactivate Paypal. They say OK, just wait 1 day.
- Day 4, They ask for my sister's ID, her credit card, her PayPal invoice, and her bank statements. I point out it is unreasonable to ask for a 3rd party's information. They do not care. I provide it.
- Day 6. I provide what is asked for, despite it being a ridiculous request.
- Day 8, they ask for another of my sister's credit cards, and a picture of her holding up her ID.
So 8 business days later (a week and a half in real days), I still can not pay for my shipment. I will provide what they are requesting, but I wonder what they will ask for next, DNA? Fingerprints? Blood sample?
Any reasonable company would state upfront what is required, not keep adding more and more requirements daily.
Abysmal company - stay away.
Absolutely horrible customer service. My sister bought some things for me to ship to UAE. AFTER I shipped to them, I wanted to pay for shipping to UAE using my credit card, as I do not have a Paypal Account. In order to activate my credit card payment, they asked for my ID and a copy of my credit card. This is fine. They also asked for the invoices. Now, my sister bought these for me, so I had to get the invoices from her, which was very annoying.
And by the way, every time they make a request, it takes then 1 or 2 days for "security" to process.
Then they came back and asked for my sister's ID, her credit card copy and her bank statements. Of course this is ridiculous - how is this related to security for shipping to me? I provided her ID - but how is it OK to ask for a 3rd person's credit card and bank statement?
By the way, they then disabled the pay by paypal feature as well. Why? No reason. No explanation for anything.
I can not wait to see what they ask for next. DNA?
If this was their policy to require these documents, they should have made that clear before accepting shipments. This hassle of providing documents, waiting, then providing more documents, is not worth any potential cost savings.
If you value convenience, transparent policies, and even semi-responsive customer service, stay far away from these people.
After I get this shipment, I will never use them again.
Oh, and get this, now they are saying they will charge fees for holding onto the packages. They are causing the delay with endless "security" questions and then they charge fees for delay. Pretty slimy.
Great service the only thing that's bothered me. Is the late from the help center. And sometimes you have to ask to enable paying by your credit card.
I have been using fishisfast.com for a year now. They are always fast and ship my parcels on time. Multiple selections from Aramex, Fedex and USPS for shipping rates.

Answer: They respond in a short while, but the customer service is completely useless. It is like calling the automated voice attendant at a bank. No answers and no real help. So getting hold of actual customer service is close to impossible.
Answer: I was looking for an alternative to viabox after they increased their prices. Found fishisfast in viabox reviews and gave it a try. Up until now my experience is mixed. After receiving 50 items they blocked my account from shipping until I provided 50 proofs of purchase, or they would return the items to seller, not understanding that buying from individuals on ebay and other website does not offer a return for refund option, let alone 6 weeks later. And that buying from buyer market and craigslist comes with no invoice. After a week of negotiations and explanations I eventually managed to have them unblock my account after providing a dozen invoices. And I got my first shipment, which arrived with a couple damaged items that were obviously damaged during the repack process at fishisfast. Support denied any responsibility and refused to refund anything. Not letting go, after a week they said they would check the video of the repacking and then refunded the damaged items without give more details. The second shipment just came back from the repack process to be shipped and fishisfast just informed that some of my items are missing from their warehouse despite being documented as being in my locker. I would recommend to find another reshipper.
