Good weather and the crew was nice. Boat was decent and equipment was too. Bathroom is good for men, but not really setup for women.
Fishing was awful. Seaweed fouled things up making it difficult to keep bait in the water. I won't try to fish Cancun again. I have better options and success fishing fresh water out of my bass boat.

This company here overbooked a charter fishing boat that we had reserved to take her 13 year old nephew out fishing it was extremely excited and 9:00 the night before they canceled due to overbooking. The captain of the boat finn addict told me he knew nothing of the booking and he had a prior booking from 2 months ago. He apologized and said there's nothing he could do but we didn't get crap from fish Booker until after we spoke to the captain and they also didn't offer refund or deposit so I will never ever ever use this company again. They need learn how to do business and they're going to book fishing trips they need to figure out how to tell the captains and what they're doing.

Unfortunately, at the time the captain didn't provide any reason for the cancellation other than "bad weather". This meant we weren't able to follow our usual procedure for helping you find an alternative in the area at the time.

Captain was very friendly and helpful. Got us on fish and worked with our 6 year old so he was able to catch some to. Great time and will do it again.

This site provided false information about Bulldog Fishing Charters, LLC. This was not a "30 person" deep fishing trip. The CPT clarified this after we were on site. We had friends that wanted to reserve as well, and your site informed them it was full.
This is not fair to the fishing charters if we do not read accurate information. I am glad we clarified with CPT Dan Crowley so our friends and family can access his site directly.

I booked a $3100 trip. The Captain tried to charge me $5000 more. When I cancelled, they kept my $828 deposit. Unethical!
I'm sorry to hear you needed to cancel your trip, Sandi. I understand that the captain offered to take you on a 12 hour trip for tuna, which costs $5000, unlike the cheaper 8 hour trip you'd originally booked. The additional cost would have covered the fuel that's required to travel out to find tuna at this time of year.
Unfortunately, the captain of this charter has a non-refundable cancellation policy. That's why the deposit was forwarded to them when you decided not to take the original trip you booked, which would have gone ahead at the price you originally agreed upon.
I'm very sorry you weren't able to go fishing and understand how disappointing this misunderstanding must have been. In case you would like to give us another try, I'd strongly recommend that you contact us directly if you have questions before canceling a trip, so we can find a solution that works for you and the captain. We booked a deep sea charter with promises of big game fish and the equipment to catch them with. Not the case at all. The trip was in the bay only, and the equipment was so substandard it couldn't catch goldfish. We notified fishingbooker.com about being charged for one trip and taking another, no response. The only thing we received was a survey to see if we had a happy or sad face about our experience. Continued to follow up but again no response. We were taken for a boat ride. :(

Family fun. Two uncles with four kids from 6-14. Great time, fun fishing with the family. We caught fish the kids have never seen before. With or without prior fishing experience, stop looking further. Hire this boat and tip well.

They have available dates to book you give them all your info and get all exited making plans for your trip i even got email confirmation and the captain calls telling me that he is all booked, well the first time even that we were disappointed tryed again for the following week with a different captain and 3 days later he calls and he says the same I'm sorry but I was already booked and now I don't know if I'm even going to get my 2 deposits back. Waste of time

We had a great time even thought some of us got a little sea sick. Our Capt and 1st mate were excellent. We caught our limit of snapper in no time. All was good and the 1st mate cleaned our catch on the way in so that we were ready to disembark and get on with the the day at the beach.

Our Family vacation fishing trip was scheduled months in advance, deposit was provided, and a confirmation was received that the trip is locked in. Then without warning or justification Fishing Booker cancelled the fishing charter the day before we leave for vacation. They did not provide any alternatives or offer to help find another charter for the family, just an email ststing the charter was cancelled. Now I am fighting to get back my deposit from a company without a phone number that will not respond to emails. FishingBooker is an internet scam with no customer service or concern for the disruption they have caused. Total Scam - do not give these scammers money. Contact the Charter Captain's directly and you will get better customer service at a better price.

Your refund has been issued and should be with you by now. As we informed you, it can take up to 7 days for the funds to appear on your account due to the time it takes for the bank to process the transaction.

My fishing charter was great. However using the fishbooker to actually book the experience was a pain. I first made a reservation with one captian only to get a message an hr later letting me know he was already booked, even tho I already paid a deposit. So i asked for a refund, and he set the refund in motion. I went to a 2nd that had openings for the day only for the samething to happen. Paid for deposit, waited a couple hrs before being told he is not free that day.
Finally I booked for the third time, paid deposit, waited, and I took it on myself to reach out to the captian and make sure he was that he was good for that day to take my group and I out. He contacted me shortly after and said yes. We chatted for a bit via fishbooker and everything seemed to be in order. THE DAY OF THE TRIP me, my wife, and my teenage brother and sister all excited to go fishing together, so we get to the dock 30 mins earlier than the meet time, so we can meet the captian and get going only to be told the captian already left... thankfully the guy I met wanted to help us and called the captian, and yup he was already gone. Thankfully again he helped us and directed us to another boat and we got another captian and set off.
I dont know how to make the website better other than captians updating their status maybe via an app. But the website did put us onto a good trip despite all the miscommunication.

We agree that it's extremely important for captains to keep their availability up to date and we offer an app so that this can happen easily. However, in high season captains' dates can get booked very quickly, especially for shorter-notice trips when they're out on the water and get multiple requests at once. With this in mind, we recommend looking for captains who offer "Instant Confirmation," as these trips go through right away without needing to wait for confirmation from the captain.
It's honestly rare to hear of so much back and forth with different captains and I hope we'll be able to help you go fishing again in the future. I'm confident that next time it will be much more straightforward!

Answer: Scam. Fishingbooker is a rip off. Nothing but trouble. No customer service and they charge your credit card. Look out.

There are captains who offer departure times based on the cruise timetables and can get you back on time. I'd suggest you message the charters you'd like to go out with and inquire about this.
