When I visited the First Class Watch Shop. Site, I was pleasantly surprised by the cost of the watch I was interested in. I was even more surprised when I was invited to make an offer if the watch was out of my price bracket. I put an offer in which was accepted. The result meant that I got my watch at the price I could afford. My next watch will certainly come from First Class Watches.

Ordered online, the watch arrived promptly (to Malaysia): the DHL tracking was efficient and informative. The watch itself (Eco-drive, crystal glass with big numbers for the visually-challenged) is perfect for my needs. It was sized for my wrist at source. Just a pity it has a military reference on the face: it could sell itself without the spurious connection to the Royal Navy. On the basis of my experience, I would certainly recommend the company.
I wanted to give myself a present this Christmas so I chose to buy myself a new dress watch, it may have been an old model but for me it was just what I was looking for and at half rrp I couldn't be happier plus the watch was delivered on time and I was able to track the package right through it's journey.

I was a bit reluctant to purchase a watch online but decided to chance it. The website invites you to 'make an offer' which I decided to do once I had done my homework on the watch I was interested in. I received a counter offer which I accepted. I am delighted with the watch which I bought as a present as I could not have afforded the full RRP. The service was excellent, and I received the watch the next day. I will use FCW again, thankyou!
Their web site gave access to view a selection of watches that could easily be filtered. The specification/description of the watches were easily seen without having to go back and forth from one page to the next. Therefore it was easier than being in a shop to see what was available and the consider the advantages of each watch. When it came to placing an order this was as straightforward as most web sites. I also had the opportunity to request the watch strap to fit my wrist by giving my wrist circumference. The links that were removed arrived with my watch in two days. I was not in a hurry as this is a Christmas present to replace my previous Seiko which has started to fail to store its charge and not worth repairing as the strap was getting very worn. I won't be able to asses the watch until after Christmas. I can recommend Seiko watches from owning them for 20 years or more. This will be my second one as the previous was repaired when ever the power store started to fail.
