No way to feel totally comfortable buying a TV from NY/NJ area off line and not feel nervous but whole experience was great. Can't remember his name but he was the contact person after I purchased the TV - called to offer "White Glove" service but when we declined, there was no pressure. Delivery people were very courteous and careful - TV came safe and sound. It was a great experience!
