We're very happy with Firstclasstv price, service and delivery of our OLED65E7P LG TV. The box was in good condition just a few minor blemishes, but good condition. I was leary to purchase from a site that I had not heard of or could find much info on. I took the chance and so far have been very pleased with my decision to purchase my TV from Firstclasstvs.com via E-bay. The seller called me at home on a Sunday to my surprise, to confirm my address and order and of course to sell me an extended warranty, that I never buy as they are usually not worth it. I went against my better judgment and bought it, and hope that IF I do need it, that it will be worth the money paid. He also offered to sell me some HDMI cables, but I did not need. He was very nice and was not pushy. For the price I paid for the TV, I saved over $800 off the local sale price. If I don't have any problems with the TV and have to send it back, I will be 100% satisfied. I would recommend Firstclasstvs.com to others.

Killer deal on my tv. They sold it Cheaper than the previous years model. I was stoked to see the price! I was skeptical to buy such a lucrative item on the internet from a company I had never heard of. However, I did my research, and the reviews were positive. The seller was professional, and coached me through the process. They informed me that I have the right to inspect the tv upon arrival. Which I did. The driver was accommodating, and even stayed to help me ensure the tv was functioning properly, and even helped me set it up on the stand. Speaking of the delivery, they used a third party delivery service 'echo.com'. I was nervous, but they were professional and even called me to schedule a window for delivery. It wasn't the fastest delivery, but I am not naieve enough to expect 2-day shipping. It was free shipping, and it arrived 1 day after the anticipated delivery date. Not too shabby if you ask me.
Overall, a great buying experience. I would do this again, and would recommend it to anyone.
Once you check out they then call you to tell you that u need to buy insurance for freight delivery which is another $200-300.
Hence the price you see at check out claiming to be free shipping is not what u will end up paying. Its a complete fraud and misleading. I cancelled my order, so as to not support such practices.
The only reason I gave 4 stars is that TV's remote is having issues, so I had to contact LG and request a replacement.
It's probably not the seller's fault, everything else went well, but remote issues prevented me from giving 5.
Only disappointment is that I found the exact same TV on Amazon for $250 less right after my order shipped. Bummer.
Perfect transaction. Great price. Quick shipping. Ebay had submitted the wrong address for me and firstclass responded quickly to correct the error.
