TV was shipped quickly without any issues. Contacted firstclasstvs about a uniformity issue on the new TV. They were quick to respond and asked me to give them the serial number so they can setup someone to come out for warranty service. No response ever since.
Such an amazing buying experience! Was making rather a large purchase (for me) buying the T.V. I did and was a bit nervous about purchasing from a vendor online that was unknown to me. I have to say I'm very happy that I took the plunge! Not only did I get a KILLER price that wasn't even close to other retailers, I received my T.V. A lot faster then the estimated shipping time. Everything arrived in one piece and there was not damage from shipment. The package was well packed and insulated from impact and was delivered in one piece. What a great experience! So glad I stumbled on this business! I will definitely use them again in the future and they more then likely will be the first place I even bother looking!
