We are really happy with our TV. It's one of the best TV's on the market at the best price we've seen. We were a bit disappointed in the tracking system of such an expensive item. We knew it left the warehouse and was received by the shipping company's delivery terminal but then had no idea where it was at until the day before it arrived.
The shipping company's service was great when they delivered the TV. The guys were friendly and professional, they did a great job.
The product ordered was what arrived. It was not a bait and switch, which I was a little worried about with the amazing price. Delivery tracking was rough, but I was able to get a day notification to meet the white glove truck. The men who arrived were very professional and courteous. Overall, I would recommend and will come back.
