I did some research before purchase and many negative comments were about the up-sell of services, not related to the product. I read that potentially as a drop shipment via freight and not a regular parcel service like UPS or FedEx it may take longer than I'm used to for delivery. The glowing reviews though by other folks pushed me to buy and I am really glad I did.

The price was industry-wide the best, it was before tax was mandated so I paid no tax. Shipping was free and the actual guy delivering it was perfect. He unloaded it and brought it into the room of my choice. He then unpacked it and made sure it functioned correctly before he had me sign off on the delivery. That's way above and beyond what a traditional parcel carrier like UPS or FedEx would do.

Also, I was never called to for any up-selling of services. The only call I received for the actual delivery was an automated call giving me a 30 minute warning before they arrived and it was spot-on. The previous day they sent an email giving me a rough 24 hours notice.

Bottom-line: I would and will buy from FirstClassTVs as will I tell others to.

Best TV I have ever had. Very smart, it reads all equipment including receivers, fire cube etc and makes it work correctly. ARC feature saved my existing surround sound as all my equipment is in a closet bc I hate seeing it. No problem, worked great. Magic remote controls everything. Very impressed with everything. Awesome price too which worried me a little but delivery, set up and testing was great too. Unopened box, exactly as ordered. Don't hesitate to buy this tv and buy it from firstclasstv.

The price of the TV was very good. The delivery service was a lot slower than anticipated. The order for the 65 inch Samsung TV was 3/04 and the TV was delivered 3/21. The TV also had a defect with the cable to the connection box, so I had to wait another 3 days to use it before it was repaired. I contacted Samsung and they directed me to the closest repair service. The guys from Barrett's repair service were fantastic and fast to figure out the issue with the TV. Thank goodness it was covered under the manufacture's warranty.
