Overall very good, I received the item in a working brand new condition as described. The only complain is that the shipping waiting times are very long without a working tracking number so you don't really have a way to estimate when the item will arrive.

The 65 in.TV I ordered was as advertised and described. The price was great. The delivery was tracked and within the specified time. The delivery service was excellent (they checked for any damage and tested the TV). I was totally satisfied and would highly recommend Firstclasstvs.

As far as the tv goes it arrived in great shape with no obvious damage or defects. Will it last or have burn in issues, we'll have to wait and see but that is not Firstclasstvs.com problem.

The TV arrived 5 business days after the order was placed with no nicks, no scratches, no problems from the west coast to the Boundary Waters of MN. The shipping companies RCL and Magnum Logistics arranged delivery that was convenient for me. Couldn't be any easier. I will purchase again from First Class TV's when they start carrying "Receivers".
