The entire process was excellent. I ordered the tv on line on Saturday night and it was delivered to me by Thursday AM.The TV was the same item available in local stores for one third less than the lowest local price.
The delivery company delivered the TV (65") to the room I requested then unboxed and turned on the set to make sure the screen was intact, the TV working and no pixels out: no extra charge. The USA warrantee was registered so no gray market unit. VERY HAPPY.

Was leery of using a company not known to me but was more than satisfied and happy with the shopping and prompt delivery of my new LG OLED 55C8 television. When I called with questions received answers immediately and customer service answered promptly. Delivery company answered questions and delivery people were courteous and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

The TV is excellent. The shipping company used, AM trucking, left a LOT to be desired. It took numerous calls to confirm delivery and no accommodations were made for my schedule. Extremely poor customer satisfaction.
