Awesome prices. Just be prepared for a rather slow delivery process (3-4 weeks from purchase) since they offer free shipping and the trucking company is not the fastest. I ordered a very large TV and opted for the white glove delivery. The delivery went smoothly and I could not be happier with the product or the extra care the delivery men took with my purchase.

This is my third tv from them. The product is great and price is very good. Shipping however is extremely slow. I bought this tv for my parents who live in Wilmington NC and I live in Charlotte. My TVs came in about 7-9 days but come to find out their tv sat in Charlotte for 2 weeks before it arrived in Wilmington.
I get it with the price with free shipping but I just think they should be upfront about it. It wouldn't change my decision with buying from them again.
Took awhile for delivery...but that was expected...TV arrived in perfect condition...delivery driver unpacked and tested the TV before they left...very pleased!

Made the purchase through Ebay, the transaction was easy and the shipment was fast.

The order process was good. The time it took to receive was a bit frustrating. I believe the trucking company used has to hold freight for a while before shipping to where I live. Normally should not take more than a few days but this took a few weeks.
Perhaps working on transit times with your carrier would be beneficial.
I never received confirmation of shipping etc. The product is great but they can work on communication with the customer. I had to call and ask about delivery and never received an email.
Came earlier than expected and package was perfect.
