1st, the cover is the offer looks like it's coming from CVS. THEN, I declined the second offer, they didn't offer a "review your order" but just charged shipping for both! I read and reread if this was one of those automatic reorder scams and didn't find ANY fine print about it. I immediately emailed them explaining how I was charged for an offer I declined and requested my entire offer be canceled. They did respond, indicating it was a "subscription", canceled my order but NO refund since it was for shipping and not the product! Unbelievable!

I had a weak moment and ordered the Free Promo product ( CBD oil) and only pay Shipping ( 4.95). I did not notice the Extreme Fine print ( MY MISTAKE). I never received anything but I was billed $89.00 Two weeks later. I never noticed this Bill because of my Christmas Activity. Then I was Billed another $89.00 two weeks after that. All USA funds. I never received any product but was billed every 2 weeks. I tried to stop activity but I could not get a reply. These guys are BAD. They prey on People looking for alternative Medication. After all the misery I never received any product. I had to cancel my Credit card and report them to my Bank. AVOID AVOID

I ordered the gummies and it stated just pay for shipping at 4.95 on the 22nd of dec and finally got the product on jan 8th. I just so happened looked at my account and saw they took out 89.95. I called them and some foreign guy answered and said "how did you like the product'? Are you kidding me i just got it today. This; place is a joke. I returned their; product and low and behold the address is unable to access per the usps. I'm on the phone with these loosers right now asking for the owner of the company, website and i keep getting put on hold. I will slam these POS's... for those here is the number for this so called company *******234

I should have read the reviews before ordering from this company. They sent me the 4.95 test bottle and then like the others two weeks later they charged me $89 for it. I called them they claim it was in the small print. I asked them for the website he could not give me the website so that I can read the small print so I still don't believe it's there. I'm disputing this with my credit card company will see what happens but they are a total scam not legitimate

As reported elsewhere, they apparently have small print that 14 days after your first trial order is placed you will be auto billed twice for $89. I couldn't believe it. I hadn't even received my 5 plus 2 trial, which also was deceiving including the 7.95 shopping scam others mentioned. The CBD is clear (filtered) and I can't tell yet if it works. The scam is unforgivable! Makes me sick to be a victim and ruins my whole outlook of buying online.

I saw your he $4.95 shipping only offer and proceeded to buy. Shortly thereafter my credit card notification app alerts me to several charges from 3 different entities. $$7.95, $7.95 and$9.95. I called bank and disputed all three. Two of the charges were removed but one remained. I did receive the oil but I was very skeptical at this point. I must say I had some mild relief from neck pain. So hard to determine if placebo effect or quality product. The bottle sent had 100 Hemp extract which is pretty low so maybe I wasn't using enough. Anyway I didn't like the feeling of being overcharged on the sneak tip. Had to cancel my card which was a hassle. Just beware or be aware of potential hidden upcharges

Once i checked my c. Card immediately noticed there was a $209 pending transaction. I called and told them I wanted to cancel order. They gave me a refund of $71, I accepted and After 2 dyas I saw $71 refund and order arrived as programmed. AFter all i got a quality control call asking me if all was well and if I received the refund. I asked them also to take me out of their auto purchase option and they told me I was not in that list any more.
At least they answered all my calls, give explanations and most important they did all I asked. Hope their gummies work out.

Like others, I was charged $207.00 for a trial that I assumed was for 3 bottles of CBD oil for $39.00. I received five bottles of worthless 100mg oil and a small jar of a topical cream. A phone call proved worthless as I'm still waiting for a refund since September.
The best course of action for us all would be to file a complaint with the Utah State Attorney's Office and hope they will put an end to this company's fraudulent practices.

I ordered the trial $4.95 pain rub. I have a pinched nerve in back of neck, rotator cuff and lower back stiffness. Yea I'm a mess even though I continue to weight train. The pain rub does relieve inflammation but I have to apply it often. I emailed a few days after receiving the product to make sure I wouldn't get billed for $89.99 reorder. After a month I've not been charged and still have enough to last another month. I don't understand all these complaints. It's a good product and people need to be smarter about canceling reorders. I will reorder when I need to.

Look for the small print, if it even exists. You purchase a product to try it and then you receive products you didn't order. And, you are on a recurring charge that you must cancel to prevent further charges. Total scam! Multiple names and locations (in Utah) and you end up talking with someone out of the country when you try to follow up. In addition the product didn't help with pain relief, which was my reason for trying it.

This place is a SCAM. DO NOT order free samples pay for the shipping fee only. My bad, I did and got burned. They charged to my card, $25.80 instead of the $4.95 as advertised. I called one of their numbers and the person who answered said they would credit me back and confirm it with a email.

Neither happened.

While many people on the internet our honest and upright. These people are obviously not.

I called my bank, JP Morgan Chase, spoke to their Fraud Department and reported the company and this transaction.
They probably will eventually credit me back the funds that were fraudulently charged and should have credited back.
I also canceled the card used for future protection.

If any product is eventually received I will not use it for fear that what was shipped is NOT what was advertised.
