I order a bunch of supplies to restock my first aid kit and to take advantage of the great offer the company was providing. But when I received my order, the free handy jr kit wasn't included. When I emailed sales, they said they will send me one. I received the free kit and am completely satisfied the way the company handled the issue.

Some product descriptions are too vague. Otherwise, decent prices, good resources page and overall easy to find what I was looking for.

I was a bit startled to discover that "individual packs" of items means idividual packets taken out of a box, put into a plastic bag, and shipped. To me this doesn't quite seem quite professional, but rather just a step lower. By individual packets I thought it'd be packaged and marketed as such.
The overall shopping experience has been just fine. We used Zee Medical for many years. Sometimes it's difficult to find the same-type items here. Usually I can find related items, but sometimes I can't. Overall, it's been a good experience and much less $$'s.
