I contacted customer service because I was using browser Microsoft Explorer which wasn't working. Mindy suggested that I use a different browser and I tried to use Google Chrome. This worked better but I still found the website to be generic and lacking in functionality. Basically, I felt that it wasn't user friendly and in need of an upgrade.
You always have 99% of what I need, it's always delivered very quickly and the items are placed in boxes with care. Highly recommend.
