I signed up for Finestro.io's one-week paid trial on November 16,2025 (charged $10.43). On November 18,2025, within the trial period, I emailed support with a clear cancellation request: "Cancel please. Thanks."
Finestro.io did not cancel the subscription at that time. They later said my cancellation was not processed because I did not reply to a follow-up email asking me to confirm, despite my original request being explicit.
My card was then charged $49.99 on November 23,2025, and $49.99 on December 23,2025, after I had already requested cancellation and objected in writing.
On December 23,2025, Finestro.io canceled the subscription but refused to refund the charges made after my cancellation request.
I'm posting this so other consumers understand how cancellation and billing were handled in my case.
