My latest order I never received in full. Only received the Open MonteCristo's. Never received the number five Monte Cristo's that was also ordered. Wanted to order more cigars, but don't think I want to continue working with your company. Sorry.

After paying for the cigars the post office in the Philippines took 2 months and then customs slapped a 100% fee so this ended up costing more than the duty free prices

I have not had a bad experience with Finest Cigars, I have been a customer for years, and they have never disappointed. Every box has been delivered in excellent condition and the contents are flawless! They really know how to take care of the customer in my opinion.

I just received my order and I'm incredibly disappointed. I ordered Montecristo Edmundo's (a brand and cigar I'm very familiar with) only to realize they are fake.
The cigar on the top is the Montecristo Edmundo (FAKE) I received and the bottom cigar is a Petit Edmundo (REAL) I had in my humidor. There are several noticeable differences. The one that stands out the most is the label.
