STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY FILTER.

Ordered my product weeks ago, NO FILTER, EMAILED and still not arrived. Where the heck is it. Jesus anyone woul think it was coming from Mars. Absolutely unacceptable, I will not be using your service again.
