Findercube

I placed an order on May 12. I had to write the company to inquire where my items were. They then told me it was out of stock after I reached out to them 14 days later. They keep offering me discounts instead of refunding me, sending me in circles! Now a fraudulent agent by the name of Zoya Sun! I've sent countless emails and they keep spinning me! I have since filed a charge back with my financial institution and they are taking longer than ever!

I strongly urge anyone NOT to purchase any items from Findercube.com (aka Mooyius.com)
I placed a large order from Findercube.com. When I received the items, I realized that the items does not match the product advertised on their website. The appearance, material, and color are completely different and fail to meet the expectations set by their listing. It seems that the item is a plain white shirt with a printed design meant to resemble the advertised product, rather than what was promised.
I immediately contacted the vendor and provided photos of the items to support my claim, but unfortunately, they have refused to issue a refund, offering coupons instead. I believe this resolution is inadequate given the circumstances, and I urged them to reconsider and process a full refund. I trusted their website store asking them for a swift and fair resolution to this matter.
I found myself having to file a formal complaint with Paypal asking them not to allow this vendor to conduct any additional business with them. This case is currently under review. From what I can tell, I will never receive my refund.

Ordered a Red/Black checkered blazer. It arrived over 2 months later. But that wasnt it... The quality of blazer was so subpar that I immediately asked to return it. I told them the picture that they are using to sell this item are night and day from the actual product. The quality is worse than the cheap Halloween costumes, it almost looks like they printed pattern onto polyester but were running out of ink. I was told there is nothing wrong when i sent pictures, but i assure you that this will be put in the clothing donation bin. They also will not refund item.

If I could give no stars, that would be my rating.

As a first time buyer on the site, I ordered a chocolate brown blazer and received a clay red blazer with the buttons on wrong side of the jacket (men's jackets button should be on the right side).

"Coco" emailed me that the policy only allows returns without "quality problems." She offered me a 40% discount on my next purchase.

It's unfortunate companies like this are being allowed to take advantage of customers who most likely will accept their policy and lose their money without receiving a proper product, so beware.

Do not buy from this company because of their poor practices.
