When the moment came to make my grand exit and withdraw the profits I had earned, I realized that they have a strict "no cash out" policy. The reasons for my withdrawal denial ranged from "technical difficulties" to "you need to meet our minimum trading requirements." So there I was, eagerly awaiting a response from customer support. When I finally did receive a response, my issue was either misinterpreted. It was clear that "customer support" was more of a catchy title than an actual service.
