I ordered filters for my Maytag refridgerator. When they arrived, the first one we unboxed had one of the tips broken off and was laying in the box. The next one we took out didn't fit our refrigerator. How do I return these unuseable filters?

This was the second time I ordered from this company. The quality, convience and low price of these filters is amazing. Sometimes when Im at a home improvement or other retail stores that sell filters I stop and check them out. I usually laugh to myself at both the cost and quality for a single A. C. filter. Im thankful for the A. C. tech who told me about Filters Fast. He wasnt a Rep for Filters Fast & wasnt receiving anything for telling me about this company. He mentioned it because he purchases his filters from this company and was very happy with the quality & delivery. I figured if he used these filters in his own house & A. C. s are his profession, I couldnt go wrong! Im very pleased with FiltersFast thus far. I refer them to everyone I know!

The filters for my water pitcher arrived in reasonably good time and the price was better than most places. My only complaint was that the individual boxes were mailed in an envelope with little protection. Several of the boxes appeared crushed, but the filters themselves are pretty sturdy and seem to be fine.
Filters arrived right on schedule as promised. Excellent value for a quality fridge filter. Installation was easy and works great.
Love FiltersFast. They are reliable and I like that they will send me a new one every six months. Just in time for the seasonal changes. Sure beats the price my furnace company wants to charge.

The "compatible replacement" filters they sell do NOT remove chemicals from your water--except chlorine. I noticed today upon unpacking that the filter is not NFS certified, so I checked further. Service agent said their filters "only remove chlorine" and that their web site says "removes chlorine." That is true, but it also says they are compatible with and replace the original, and that is not true. The original removes many chemicals, including lead & other toxins. So yes, removes chlorine--and ONLY chlorine. If you want the quality of the original, look elsewhere. And don't be mislead by this company... read carefully!
Purchased 4 filters from FiltersFast. Our refrigerators unexpectantly broke down and had to be replaced. Filters Fast refused to accept the 3 unused filters because it was beyond their 30 day policy. Their policy and consideration in this matter just lost a longtime customer.
This company is useless. I will never order from them again. The prices are ridiculously high and the shipping has taken FOREVER which has now caused me to lose the ability to return them for a refund with their 30 day (from date of shipping) return policy.
I have used this company for furnace filters twice and both times I received the correct filters and they arrived on time.
Ordered filters 10/7, called to cancel order today. No answer at 800 number they give no response to email yesterday so I texted them on 10/18. Got a response via text that said they shipped on 10/16. No ship notification, or other communication. No response as of yet.
Ordered filters more than 10 days ago and they took my money but never shipped filters, no email about shipping, called customer service and waited over 30 minutes and no one answered phone; they should rename their business "filtersslow" and/or "filterthieves"
I received an email from this company advising I was going to receive filters per an Auto Delivery order I had placed. I was not familiar with such an order. Tried to contact company. Sat on hold for 30+ minutes no one ever answered. Email says to communicate with them I need to go through my "Client Portal" on their website. I don't have any record of creating an account so not sure how they expect me to utilize that channel. Only good news is that I cancelled my credit card that they referenced in their email. (October 2,2017)
Filters arrive quickly. However, refrigerator water filters are not packaged properly and usually arrive broken. The manufacturers pack them in thin paperboard boxes. FiltersFast puts them in a floppy plastic shipping bag instead of a cardboard box. This combination offers zero protection and the plastic filters are usually broken in shipping.
