It seemed to go very fast but we'll see if I even get a loan
A lot of questions for just an estimate. Hope I don't receive more than one email.
As long as you don't call me at a ridiculous time of day, we'll be ok
It was very easy to easy to understand & answer each question.
Well I'm not really sure right now because I just filled out your questionnaires! I guess I'd have to say it easy to understand & answer the questions.
You should actually be helping people who are struggling
There are no lenders who will refinance a reverse mortgage with my credit rating even tho I'm a victim of identity fraud. You can't show me lenders because there aren't any. I'm too high risk for everyone. You're just being nice telling me when you find a lender, they'll call me. I won't hold my breath, but thanks for being so nice
Good info to know…. But has this opportunity come and gone, by now? Don't know if it's still available,, or what?
It would be help (didn't see it) if you updated or time stamped this info. I CAN'T STAND IT when a bunch of ravenous "house wolves" take advantage of people's lack of knowledge as to the wolves' tricks.
Just want a rate not usual run around. Why can't you just provide a mortgage rate. No you have to pry. Pain in the neck.
It was advertised that a government program can help me in savings up to 350 a month. All this is re-financing. From lenders. This is not what is advertised.
The advertisement to get started appeared there was a government program that would give you monthly assistance, when it was actually trying to lure people into refinancing their current homes. This was very misleading and a scam
From the info provided you discuss government changes and promise a significant saving now I am back to the typical "Fill out the form for a quote" Not impressed!
Very good so far. I will await the final decision.
Supposed government help in order to get you to the site but its just a refinance or purchase site
Would rather get quotes without getting thousands of calls.
I put all my info in and u said u would give rates but it's just the way for mortgage company's to get in touch now they blow up my phone never again!
This is a scam. You say in your ad this is a Federal Program, but then sends you to a bunch of mortgage banks to try and refinance the house. Your ad says that this "federal program" is going to cut down your payment, not get another mortgage. Liars
Been real easy to find out "nothing" at this point
The add said this government program will pay off my house! After my information was typed in, the only thing mentioned was a refinance? Who are we trying to kid here?
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
