My wife and I are elderly (80 & 79) and live in a second floor outside walk-up condo in Alaska. I am a Viet Nam veteran with a permanent quad bypass heart condition and COPD. We are also both Alaska state retirees. We are looking for a new town-home with heated attached garage and "no stairs"interior access as our final home. We want a GI new loan and are able to put 25-plus down on the estimated cost stated above. Our only current debt is our present condo with a payoff balance of about $82,000 which we can cash out. We have no other credit debt! We also both have full Medicare with Alaska augmented "no copay-no deductible" add-on provisions. I have never used my veterans home loan benefitsCan you help us get a veterans GI home loan?
