Does this include mobile homes? If not, why not? My home needs new windows, a new roof, a power saving hot water system, an up dated bathroom...etc. However, after checking with 6 or companies, mobile homes are ALWAYS EXCLUDED

I have a small mortgage of $270 a month. I have a small apartment in the lower level which pays me $1200 a month mortgage more than peckish entire house payment show. My income is much more than I require and significantly makes my home significantly more value

Too many phone calls the minute I clicked the results button. It's a real shame that in situations like this the general public is very put off by the immediate " hounding" from telemarketers trying to get a jump on landing a new customer. If these companies could just provide people with the information, let them QUIETLY review the data from 3 or so companies in the privacy of their own home and then let us choose who we would like to continue the conversation with. Pushy sales is just that-Pushy. And people don't like it, ever. I will keep looking for a lender on my own because of these very tactics.

They haven't done anything yet I am waiting. I am a first time buyer and I have been a victim of identity theft but hopefully have it all taken care of credit is good...
