I have no answers or guidance
I was looking for an approximate payment amount. I hate that the lenders will start to call.
I expected rates once this information was completed. Now I have to deal with unwanted calls and emails. I will be blocking them.
I'm concerned about closing costs and after processing the new loan at a much better rate that I will owe more on my house. My credit is over 800. I don't want to waste my time with a loan that will cost me anything out of pocket or owe more on my home.
I need my interest rate lowered, I make my payments. Just the rate is so high.
