Well, the last time I checked to find further details the phone started ringing off the hook. I do not want to start receiving phone calls at this stage. So it is heartening that I have been online for at least 10 minutes with no phone going off. So HIGH PRAISE for fetcharate!
So far things are moving right along nice and easy.
Very quick, a pleasant experience.
Good until at the end. Fetcharate should changed to fetcharate from a lender!
Yes at end one thinks their getting the VA rate and you get mortgage companies.
Easy to navigate.
This said it was to compare rates, i got only one match, no rates, not even the property value. This is clearly a data mine. Sick of the lies.
I was hoping to get a ballpark figure online. Instead I have to wait for somebody to call me. If I wanted to talk to somebody, I'd have called to talk to someone.
The process is seemingly difficult but not impossible.

I was looking to get an email or text offer that I could respond to without discussion.
You guys don't need to call the person. Just send them your offers because you have the email. Too many calls already.

Lovely but curious. I was seeing if the site was really good.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
