We are under wellsfargo modification program and I am thinking may be, go on refinancing to see how much lower mortgage we have to pay a month.
Straightforward questions. Not difficult. Concerned about sharing my personal info.

I wanted to know about $350 off my mortgage. Curious is this a bate and switch tactic. I have to refinance in order to find out if I get $350 difference

Not sure yet; barely began. However, I do not want phone calls! Sorry, but I gave you a number we had a long time ago for that reason. I will call you, if I want more info so please honor our wish to not be called. You may send snail mail to our address given or to the email given but, please do not flood the email address. I rarely check email, therefore snail mail has a much better chance of being read! Ty, Tuppy (an aka name)
Only wanted information sent to email not harassed daily by phone calls
I don't want to be called! This is extremely deceiving.
From the beginning it is to believe your company would explain about the government program to lower your mortgage. This such a scam. I just refinanced my home. I am interested in cutting my mortgage, not refinancing. Maybe this could be listed as bate and switch. In todays world you and others are called SCAMMERS. DO NOT CONTACT ME AGAIN.
You are con-artists with nothing to offer but a gimmick to skim some percentage from actual lenders; legislators must be in on the con or they would pass laws to make you reveal honest crucial information. You aree but predatoers.

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
