Was extremely easy to work thru. I live with my daughter (& her 2 sons) & we'd buy the house together! Presently we are renting & I think our pymts. ($1150) are close to a Mtg. Pymets. I've owned 5 homes in the past between Miami, Palm Beach and now Inverness! This is where I retired & 14 yrs later my daughter got a divorce and moved in with me.
