It's frustrating. You requested info with a promise of letting me know if I qualify not a list of lenders.
Hey you always email me all about the rent and to by homes
It was sad to hear that I needed to make a loan of 80.000 or more.
Don't care to offer rating at this time. You people contact prospective clients with a stellar mortgage payment record, no more PMI, yet won't consider a refi at a lower interest rate. No explanation has been offered. Started researching when interest rates were at historic lows. Now that rates are on the rise, I'm being contacted again by Rocket, Loan Depot and others to refinance at the same rate I am paying now. Yo people are Vultures who prey on people who just want a fair deal in order to pay off our mortgages. You have no interest in giving mortgages to anyone besides people with six figure salaries
Lenders began calling me right away, and everybody has been friendly
Primary information is misleading- how is this a govt. Program if different lenders are soliciting you. Lender was not available immediately.

Very good, I just hate all paperwork involved. I can't do that
Even though we are still in the infant stages of this finding another place to call Home, I am confident that fetcharate will uphold the margin of professionalism that would be expected!
Thank you for helping homeowners with their mortgage
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
