You marketing liars showed a reason on electronic incentive to verify if I qualify for a mortgage discount on payment and did not provide electronic confirmation or denial of qualification. You sent my information to mortgage brokers to call me instead.
You ask for information to see if we qualify for discount and will know right away but the the phone calls start. I don't want to talk to lenders. I just want to know if I qualify.
We homeowners are in a catch 22 situation. Banks won't offer a line of credit or a cash out due to bad credit. Don't they realize we could pay off our mortgage and creditors with a cash out improving our credit?
You don't say you have to talk to lenders.and i don', r want to
Your ad is a bait and switch. Now go chase the made up email and phone number. You and your business is based on immoral advertising.
Like the way the site-questions and options are set up!
I didn't know potential customers had to call the real estate companies to get the purchase information. I want all the questions and my answers, listed on your cite, to be deleted, effective immediately. Kathy McClain,
Plymouth, Michigan 48170
You have to give your phone number. Bad.
I really don't like it when websites ask for your phone number to send a verification code to or something. It is a real invasion of privacy, and it cost me money. Not free.
You have to give your phone number. Bad.
I came here to see if I qualify. This tells me nothing about whether or not I qualify for savings and how much I would save. It it very misleading.
You reel people in by saying there is a way for the US government to PAY OFF our home and your just trying to suck us in to sale us your loan.
I would NEVER have anything do do with your company for that reason and now I know witch companies you are.
I will share this with all of my employees.
Have a bad day!
Quick but do not call me. I will call if interested
I do NOT want to be contacted, I want to do all the research and receive the refinance info back online. I received a call 8 seconds after I entered in my phone number, not acceptable.
Good still reviewing the process. So far I have no decision
Just wanted rate info via text or email - not immediate phone calls
Scam…didn't get rates as led to believe. This is a marketing tool for mortgage companies not assistance for home owners
I just filled out three or four questions and then you finally asked me how good at the service the service could not be verified until after I start looking at the rates and talking to people to find out exactly how good services until now only thing I've done was just answered questions
So far the survey to find a mortgage lender has been fast and super easy.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
