Not overwhelming just came up on phone I'm interested
It was fast and easy. The only drawback was the fact that no interest rates or ranges were listed with each lender. And the fact that one has to be bombarded with pushy sales calls just to get the info needed to make an informed decision on whether to pursue a loan further.
I live on a fixed income and my house payment is 369.00 a month I am only able to try and keep up with my payment so high and utiltys I have know extra money.At the time I got the loam threw the bank they said my payment would only be 261.00 will that didn't happen. Have a lower rate would allow me to live better.
Understood this to be assistance if you already owned a home.
