My credit rate is under review due to a breach. It's hard to deal with dropping 30+ pts in 3 most. I've never missed or late payment. There is no option to state change from 30 yr to 15, bimonthly do you still qualify?.
The way that you had it written up basically impressed upon me that my mortgage would be well paid off if not you know shaved down which we probably owe half the value now anyway so I was thinking I think I feel I was maybe led astray a little bit but that's OK I mean we can refinance see what happens.

I do not wish to be inundated with phone calls. Why is correspondence via email not sufficient? It is misleading when you suggest the rates can be viewed. This is no different than other firms. Very sad.
