At the same time I entered my information, I already started getting phone calls (Loan Depot). A multitude of emails are bad enough - if I want to talk with someone, I will call them.
You were misleading in your message. You offered to give numbers but you took my information and gave nothing- My rates are lower than you offer anyway.
Ok, but seems like Thais just another refi program and not likely to reduce my mortgage payment unless term extended. And not interested in new term >10 years

IF MOBILE HOMES ARE EXCLUDED FROM THIS PROGRAM, WHY NOT COME OUT AMD SAY IT AT THE BEGINING OF THIS QUESTIONAIRE. THIS WAY YOU AND I SAVE A LOT OF TIME BY STATING THAT MOBILE HOMES DO NOT QUALIFY FOR THIS SUPPOSEDLY GOVERMENT PROGRAM.
YOU ADVERTIZE FOR LOANS AND THEN YOU TELL ME THAT YOU DO NOT MAKE LOANS FOR MY NEEDS. "THANKS A LOT".
Your lead in is a little misleading. I expected approximate mortgage rates on the computer, not a bunch of listings and phone calls.
Early stages of deciding on a refinance option. No wow factor yet.
I did not request the relentless phone calls I know are coming my way

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
