I would like to speak to lenders when it's convenient for ME.
Easy to do, but did not know I would be flooded (almost every couple of mins) with phone calls from potential lenders. This is both frustrating & very annoying.
Tried several times to refinance with government programs and haven't had anyone to do or help me due to Credit scores and LTV, lots of Equity in my home that I can't get to pay off those bills that are in my way.
A responce from lenders was to fast, I need time to think about it first.

This site is a scam. Iy makes it sound like we will actually find a rate via this site. That is a lie, instead it takes the information you enter and sends it to loan lenders whe will then hound you for a very long time to get even more information. Then they will run your credit. This will cause your credit score to go down, then deny your loan request.

This is second time I put in for this I was told I was eligible & so lending tree called me yesterday they thought I just wanted to do a regular refinance o& I told her no & trying to explain that it was a gov refinance
Help out home owners then boom she hung up on me!
