I ordered fitness clothing from this website and my order was marked as "delivered," but I never received it. Tracking information showed the parcel was delivered to a completely different part of the country, not to my delivery address.
I checked my building, neighbours, and all usual safe places — nothing was received.
I contacted customer service multiple times by email. Some messages received only generic copy-paste replies stating the order was "delivered" and advising me to check neighbours, while several follow-up emails were ignored entirely. No proof of delivery was provided (no photo, signature, or delivery address confirmation).
I eventually had to open a card dispute to escalate the issue. Based on this experience, I would advise caution when ordering
