I recently contacted the Felton Institute because a friend of mine has been experiencing issues. Unfortunately, it's not for treatment- because my contact is halfway across the country. Rather, I contacted Felton because a relative of said person above was connected to the business, as mentioned on one of her social media profiles. With no other leads, I contacted one of the program directors there to forward the message to the family member I wanted to contact.

I got in touch with a director of programs. Not only was the individual slow in responding, but when he eventually did respond, he proved less than helpful. For all he knows, his fellow staff member's relative on the east coast could have had a major health emergency with no other way to contact next of kin, yet he doesn't seem to care. Looking at the other negative, more recent reviews at other sites of their company, I can see that other reviewers have mentioned that their staff doesn't care about their clients. I don't think I'd recommend their institute either for your loved one.

As for my contact I was trying to reach? I got in touch with them, but I'm still going to leave a review of the institute anyways. Definitely would not want to recommend these people. Maybe that's why San Francisco is one of the worst-run cities in America- places like Felton only contribute to that assessment.

If you really need the services that Felton claims to provide, I suggest looking elsewhere. You can read all the other reviews other people have left about them elsewhere online, as well as the study on how horribly run the city is. I suggest getting help elsewhere because you won't be getting it from Felton- they're even worse than the people they're trying to help.
