The most fantastic chocolate selection! Handmade - the chocolate itself is made directly from specially sourced beans. Some really delightful and unusual flavors which are truly enjoyable to taste.

I love dark chocolate and Federation makes the best and it's vegan too.
I don't normally eat white chocolate but the one made with pure cocoa butter is to die for! It's silky and creamy and not too sweet.

As a family business, we are working hard to create exceptional products and I am so glad that you have enjoyed our dark chocolate.
It would surprise people to know that I was never a great fan of white chocolate, so when creating ours I wanted to make sure it was one I enjoyed. The high level of cocoa butter in our recipe is what I find makes it for me, it then doesn't need as much sugar and just as you experienced it is rich and creamy and not too sweet.

I am a big fan of anything honeycomb related. I thought that your honeycomb would rate one of the best going around, however, it didn't live up to expectation. I felt the honeycomb was overcooked which gave it a slightly burnt taste when you eat, as such, there wasn't a rich honey flavour. The best honeycomb I've tasted is from Beechworth Honey, in Victoria.

This is one of our biggest selling products and one that we usually get rave reviews about, so if you have had a bad experience with it I am terribly sorry.
As you can see by our other reviews below we rate very highly and as a small family business, one thing we pride ourselves on is our customer service. When something is wrong we make it right. Reaching out to us directly allows us to make sure that we give that great service so its a shame you have not contacted us directly and given us that chance to fix the issue but instead given us a one-star review. This type of review without allowing a small business to fix an issue can severely affect that business, especially in today's circumstance.
I hope you can enjoy the other 3 products your purchased from us. I have refunded the bags of Honeycomb.

Federation Artisan Chocolate is my favourite. I always get this chocolate for my birthday. It has a very soft and rich taste, which you will remember for a long time. I sometimes get the feeling that its taste can stay in my mouth for hours. That's very cool *-*
Normally we'd just drop in to the shop, which is an experience in warmth and pleasure on various levels, but for Mother's Day this year I used the online ordering option. It was smooth (just like the chocolate!) and easy. My mum was thrilled with her "lap full of chocolate".
I've purchased chocolates for my family on a number of occasions from here and they've loved them every time. Maurice, the owner provides fantastic service in a very timely and efficient manner. Highly recommend.
By far the best chocolate I have eaten! I have shared the joy with all my friends - they all agree ~ yum-yum!
