It´s a free website, 100% free, hence the 3 stars. 98% of the profiles are scammers. I have used this website on and off for 5 years for fun, and important to note is; 1) I never met anyone in person from this website. 2) I´ve written to well over 20k members in 5+ years and have probably talked to 100 real people on skype. 3) Many of the girls who are real are not really looking for relationships, they are looking for English conversations, although they say relationship so you will practice your English with them. Many are also not interested in leaving Russia. 4) Any profile where the girl looks gorgeous is a scammer. Every girl I spoke to there on skype with cam and speakers was average looking. 5) About 1 our of 100 scammers there use cam and speakers on skype. You can notice they are scammers by these things; Either they have no microphone but a video only, - their behavior and the way they are dressed (the non-scammers do make themselves look nice, maybe where a scarf, when they are talking to you the first time. Appearance is extremely important for Russian girls even on cam... the scammers are a bit sloppy and trashy ie they seem less educated which is easy to tell - anbother example is the scammers will eat while talking to you, real russian girls would not dare do this on cam the first time they talk to you), - anyone who messages and says they do not have skype or a microphone or cam is a scammer, - any girl not from Ukraine or Russia on this website is a scammer. 100% guaranteed. - Lastly, before joining this website go to a language exchange website like interpals, talk to some people from there on cam and speakers so you see how real russian girls behave on cam and how they sound. Only then can you quickly tell when you actually talk or see a scammer fromj fdating (P.S. Interpals sucks, and is only for friendship, but get familair with russian girls before you get scammed).
All in all this is a decent website considering it is free, and your expectations have to be low ie you won´t meet models and chances are very high that you can only talk to 2-3 girls every month on cam on skype, and they will not be wanting to leave russia.
As far as the above comments, anyone who leaves this website a high mark, or anyone whos ays they met girls from this website, are being paid by the website to write those reviews. No sane person can say this website has less than 98% scammers.

I joined Gdating.Com to try and communicate with women from around the world. It's easy enough to get started. I started communicating right away with several women from all over the world. The women from Russian countries are very pretty ( mostly) and eventually start telling you their sad stories and how they want a good family and no lies... all the while it's them telling lies. BEWARE. Never send personal information or money to anyone... also the Chine2/Kazikstan women are the same... good. Luck. Several interesting women from all over the world... just beware. If it's too good to be true... it is!

This site seems to be a complete scam. I have been using it for months, and NEVER EVER have I come across a genuine lady. They are ALL fake and eventually ask you for money for a sick relative, or for travel expenses to come to your country .. or whatever.

Once you tell them you will come to their country to meet up with the in a safe place such as your International Hotel, that's it - they find a variety of reasons to so it's impossible, but keep tugging on your heart and purse strings.

A: I search for a review of FDating because despite using the site over tie before, my profile is now fluctuating between active and 'temporarily unavailable and I have now idea really why. If there are multiple moderators it seems as if one has it in for me and the other(s) are activating the profile after I email. Else it's because I am accessing the profile using different browsers on my PC and Android phone. Although this seems unlikely.

I don't know about Greg's review though. I have meet a number of women on the site and continued corresponding even later for some time using mobile messengers.
I don't know how much credence to place in Greg's methodology because for example, many women on paid local site I also use often for example, and especially when new, leave the default out age details for a ideal partner. 18-99 are default values and simply means they overlooked changing them.
There are equal amounts of men who have not entered a personal description or ideal partner description. The site system then auto populates those fields as -n/a. Doesn't mean anything.

This site is very functional, you can search and contracts the user by a text message and just wait and hope they log on, see your message and respond positively.

I heard of this site from a date in Kiev, and ended using it a couple days later. Before I was done sending my 10 message, I had a date, the same day :) I ended up deleting my profile a day or two afterwards, so don't really know how many of the 10 messages reached the ladies I wrote to.

Some may say that 1 positive respond out of 10 messages isn't a success, other will perhaps say a date after 10-15 minutes online times is perfect. Personally i tend to agree with that last point of view.
A month later I opened a new account. This time I wanted to prepare for my next trip. What I have realised is that some of the profiles are inactive. If the person hasn't log on for months the probability of her using this profile is very slim. But still, I have only contacted 8+ and above, and have got some positive results and some phone numbers. On a good day, with some bribing and some begging, I am a 7 max;)

Normally you see a lot of scammers and fake profiles on other dating sites where guys have to pay to contact girls. But so fare I haven't been approached by your typical scammers asking for money for translation, internet fees after a couple of letters. But I´m sure its just a matter of time, scammers are every where, but as long as you use your common sense you will be alright.

This site has is a larger percentage of male user, even though you have tons of profiles, the users are spread all around the world and some are not active. The site design isn't state of the art and you don't have the option to chat. These are the only drawbacks I see with this site.

And by the way, did I tell you, this site is FREE?!;)
