Tried to rent a "tent" site at the ladybird campground/park in Fredericksburg TX, were told you have to a tent (we sleep in our van). Tent sites were 10$. They would be happy to rent us an RV site at the priCe of 60$, even tho we had no hookups that we could attach.
This is the only campground we have encountered in 15 years that
1. Would not rent us a tent site for the van.
2. Wanted to charge us RV price to stay in an RV site. Multiple times previously at other RV sites we have been accomodated at a reduced rate.
Disappointed in the hospitality of "Ladybird campground/park" in Fredericksburg TX. Stayed in local motel for the price they quoted for their site. WILL NOT BE BACK
