We sell computer equipment. Fastway lost €1200 of my goods. It's that simple. No refund. I also had €400 in credit they won't return. Avoid at all costs. Never lost goods with any over Irish overnight delivery firm. Avoid Avoid Avoid. Spent months emailing them.
This company is a complete joke. I have had numerous issues with them up and down and all they do is end up ignoring your issue. This time they came to my house out in the countryside at 03.30hrs. The middle of the night and woke everyone up, left the package outside in the rain and drove off. This company should be shutdown. Completely incompetent. On the verge of being a scam company as far as I can see at this stage with the service I've gotten over the years.
