I was able to get a full refund from fastrental.com by taking the following steps.
I filed a complaint with the fbi internet complaint center. http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx
When the FBI emailed me a receipt for the complaint (delete login and password), I forwarded the letter to *******@fastrental.com. This morning they issued a full refund to my credit card.
They place unauthorized charges on your credit card and offer no way to contact them. Their telephone number*******979) is a voice mail telling you to email *******@fastrental.com, but it is not a valid address.
