When gifting a tree, it's great to have a warranty

I think the 2 year guarantee would not be offered unless the merchant is 100 confident that their trees will last. Still, I opted for it because I've had big box store trees not survive. Last night it got down to 28 degrees to I wrapped a plant blanket around the bottom as it rained earlier in the day. I was afraid the rainwater may freeze the roots. But it still looks OK a few minutes ago. So far I'm extremely pleased with the purchase and plan to get more from Fast Growing Trees

Golden Rain tree
The tree arrived with crispy brown leaves. This is my second Golden Rain tree from your company. I am hoping this one lives and we will see a healthy tree in the spring. Golden Rain trees were my mother's favorite trees and became a family favorite

Don't try to ship two Ficus in one box that takes 4 days to deliver, both lost major about of leaves that leaves 1/3 of the plant nothing but bare sticks

I NEED YOUR ADVISE ON WHAT TO DO ABOUT FACT THAT APPROXIMATLY 1 FOOT OF THE TOPS OF THE TREES ARE BENT OVER. (I am not capable of uploading an image because I don't know how but I have been very descriptive in what the problem is.)

2 year guarantee is nice, the tree delivered looked weak to start, looking worse since planting, hope it survives, if not I may learn more about this guarantee!. :(
