Arrived with Japanese Maple Scale
I planted my new tree late last fall. I just had my Arborist do a spring plant healthcare evaluation and he found scale on the bark. He says it came from the nursery with it. I'm disappointed the tree has bugs and needs treatment after 4 months of owning it. I'm hoping it didn't infect my other maples. Other than the bugs I like the tree. It was beautiful in the fall.

Better than expected
The tree was well packed. Looked great. I planted it right away and it was already growing before the cold weather hit.
