Figs don't seem to ship well
Arrived with three leaves, defoliated completely within a week. It sure will be a funny looking Christmas present!

Excellent customer service
I received the small fig tree first. I called the support line because I wasn't sure when to plant it. I had a very long conversation with a very knowledgeable woman. We decided to keep the plant in the house and plant in the spring. The larger tree hadn't arrived yet. She put it on hold until the spring.
