I ordered five article's of clothing on the fifth of march for my daughters birthday which was on the 19th by the 14th i still had not heard anything from them so i cancelled my order and got a email saying they would like to offer me a coupon but did not want to give me my money back talking about it being a 10 to 20 day process i said i dont care just put it back on my card now here it is the 20th and im still fighting with them to put the money back on my card
Ordered 6 dress' of beautiful material and design, but all 6 are cut very small.
I purchased a dress from them. When it arrived the item looked nothing like the picture and it was damaged. There was a huge rip on the back of the dress. I contacted them, wanting to return their it but they said I had to pay to ship it back. I told them that was unfair do to the fact the item 1) looked nothing like the picture & 2) it was damaged 3) that it's extremely expensive to ship back. They said there's nothing they could do and basically I was screwed. Then they had the nerve to ask me to do a review. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PHONY WEBSITE! You will be sorry you did!
I ordered 3 dresses and the styles were just as pictured online. The overall quality of the dresses were great. My one suggestion would be to order a size larger (to match US sizes). Also, the dresses were delivered in a timely fashion.
Right from the beginning the product's status was always under "processing". And this status stayed like that for a while around 4 to 5 weeks.
I send a email with the invoice of the order attached to the customer care.
A week later as i checked my profile for the status, the order was not at all there. It was all empty and when I look my address, it was also gone.
I check my mailbox for any reply from the team. So i think it all make sense

I thought of ordering around 5 items from there and thought of trying with 1 item since i dont have any experience with them. Good that I did that.

I ordered 3 dresses and they fit perfectly. The fabric is nice and soft and and the prize was so low that I regret that I didn't order so much more. Absolutely not the last time I shop at fashionmia.com
Clothing was of VERY poor quality and sized way too small. The cost of sending clothing back to China was too expensive. $85 for $90 worth of clothing. The company offered to let me keep the clothing and they would give me a $30 credit, AS LONG AS I CAME TO THIS WEBSITE AND LEFT A 5 STAR REVIEW. I've never had a company try to bribe me before. Wow. Stay away. It was worth the $30 to just tell the truth..

Ordered a dress and cancelled since it was a month later and it never reached shipping, only "processing". They also changed the image of the dress after I had ordered and it was completely different! Tried several times for a refund and to this day I don't have my money back, luckily it was only one dress. E-mail all you want for your money, but they'll never give it up.

Do not buy from this place. CHEAP CHINESE GOODS at their finest. Quality is NOTHING like photographs. When you request a refund they cannot find your order or try to cheat you of your money. Was charged for items never sent, sent back items only to be partially refunded and had to haggle for over a month. Go to TJ Maxx or elsewhere. Zulily or Ideeli.

This was my first time ordering from this site. What a nightmare. I ordered some items on 3.12, still haven't received them. They said it takes 5 to 12 days for items delivered to North America. The 5 days have passed and so has the 12 days. It's ridiculous that it takes this long. Why sell something you don't have. It showed in stock for all my items. If you don't need for a month buy it. Then I emailed customer service. They dispatched some items not all. But get this the tracking system they use is also a joke. After 3 days still showing no tracking info found. I wanted to wear this cute dress I ordered from fashionmia for Easter, now I've got to find something else. A complete joke!
I spent 87 dollars for 6 dresses and only one fit! The rest of them are really bad in quality and color! Their service is really bad, nobody answer the call in China and I just want to say this was my worst experience buying things online! Don't waste your money!
Dresses were sewn crooked, buttons without buttonholes and went from center at neck to right at high waist. Picture Showed with belt but no belt with dress. So far only 2 of the 5 have arrived. I'm so angry I didn't look at reviews of this business before placing order. I Won't Ever order again and will add a poor review to all available sites!
I had 2 separate orders in early February. They were placed during holiday. Carol in customer service worked and worked with me. Both purchases arrived yesterday. I am very pleased with my purchases as well as Carol.
I was so disappointed to receive my two dresses today, which took FOREVER to arrive and could not be tracked. The quality is poor and the upper part of the dress is too small in the chest to the effect that the collars fall uncomfortably and the shoulders are awful.
To return them and guarantee a refund, you have to send back insured and of course, the expense for US to China is too high to justify.
I ordered a Cap on December 2015 they withdrew the coast 2 days from the PayPal. Until now I did not receive the item. In the end of February I asked them for refund me. They send me 5 emails that they will refund me and nothing is done until now. TAKE-CARE LADIES IT IS A SCAM SITE > DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM IT
